FAQs
Do I need a membership to use the Sun Lounge?
No, sessions are open to everyone aged 18+.
Do I need to book in advance?
No booking is required. Walk in, fill out your disclaimer form, and then purchase your minutes. Waiting may be necessary if both beds are in use
Are there any age or health restrictions?
You must be 18 or older. Individuals with Skin Type I (very fair, always burns, never tans) are advised not to use the sunbeds. If you have any medical conditions or take medications that may increase sensitivity to UV light or cause dizziness, please consult your GP before using the sunbeds.
What safety measures are in place?
Protective eyewear must be worn. Hydrate before and after your session. Staff may enter the cubicle if there is a safety concern.
How do the sunbeds work?
You insert tokens to start your session. Each session has a 1-minute timer before the bed begins. Max session time is 16 minutes
How do minutes packages work?
You will receive a personal minutes record card, which should be brought with you on each visit. Each session will deduct the corresponding time from your card, making it easy to track your package balance.
