  • How do memberships work?
    Our memberships are paid via direct debit from the 1st of each month. If you sign up during the month, you'll only pay for the remainder up until the 30th/31st (along with the joining fee), then the full amount from the 1st of the following month.
  • Is there a joining/cancellation fee?
    There is a one-time £9.99 joining fee, but no cancellation fee.
  • What if I want to cancel?
    We understand that circumstances change, so if you want to cancel, we ask for 90 days' written cancellation notice via email. This ensures both parties have a dated record of the request.
  • Do you offer guest passes/trials?
    We do not offer a free trial, but we offer a day pass for £10, a 24-hour pass for £15 and a week pass for £27. These are available to purchase at reception. All membership holders are allowed two gym-only guest passes per month to bring a friend along. Gold members, however, can also use their guest passes for classes.
  • Do you offer joint memberships?
    Of course! You can either select or switch to one of our joint memberships and save up to 10% each month. Choose it during sign up or feel free to let us know and we can switch it for you. See our memberships page for prices!
  • Can I switch memberships?
    Yes! We can make the switch for you, with the new membership commencing on the 1st of the following month.
  • Can I freeze my membership?
    Unfortunately, we don't allow freezing except for certain circumstances. Please get in touch and we'll review your request.
  • How do I sign up for classes?
    Head over to our classes page and hit the 'book now' button. That'll take you to ClubRight to create an account, where you can make bookings
  • How long are the classes?
    Our standard classes are 45-50 minutes, with express classes being 30 minutes.
  • Do I need a membership to do a class?
    No! We offer a pay-as-you-go approach, too. Standard classes are £10 each, express classes are £7.50, or you can purchase a standard 12-class package for £96 and get two classes free!
  • How do I cancel my class?
    To cancel your space, simply head to the ClubRight App and view your bookings. Please note, you can only cancel up to 4 hours prior to the class start time. After this point, you'll need to contact us by phone, and you will incur a £3 late-cancellation fee.
  • Do I need to bring anything?
    No! We supply all you might need, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you want to!
  • Are the studios air-conditioned?
    Yes, both studios have air conditioning. We keep them cool in the summer and warm in the winter, ensuring a comfortable workout environment.
  • Can I use a class pass for a gym session?
    Unfortunately, our class passes are not transferable. To use the gym, you will need to purchase a day pass (£10) if you do not have a membership.
  • Why can't I cancel my class on the app?
    If it's under 4 hours until the class start time, you'll be unable to cancel on the app. You'll need to contact us directly via phone to cancel, although you will incur a £3 late-cancellation fee.
  • Can I have a look around first?
    Of course, you can! Simply stop by and we can give you a tour of our facilities.
  • I'm a beginner, can I have an induction?
    Of course! We offer a free 30-minute induction as one of our new member benefits. A trainer will walk you through each machine, and you can also claim a free gym programme and book a free 30-minute personal training session to ensure your fitness journey gets a great start!
  • What facilities/amenities do you offer?
    We have a fully equipped gym, including racks, machines, dumbbells, cables, treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, mats, kettlebells, hanging punchbags and more. We also have dedicated (and air-conditioned) spin & class studios
  • Are there shower/changing facilities?
    Yes! We have two showers, four toilets and three dedicated changing rooms.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes. There's a free-to-use, newly renovated parking area to the front of the gym. We also have a large overflow car park to the back of the business park.
  • How can I stay up to date?
    Check out our Instagram & Facebook pages. We post regular class & gym updates, tips and more!
  • Is Personal Training included?
    Our Trainers are self-employed and set their rates, starting from £30/hr. You can contact them directly through their email on the 'Our Team' page.
  • How do I book Personal Training?
    You can contact the trainer directly. We have business cards and posters in reception, with emails on the 'Our Team' page. Alternatively, you can let us know who you prefer, and we can put them in touch with you
  • How do I book the Barber?
    Visit the barber lounge page and hit the button to go through to the booking site
  • How do I book a Sports Massage?
    Head over to the Preform or S&C Therapy pages and use the details provided.
