How do memberships work?
Our monthly memberships are paid via direct debit on the 1st of each month. We do not accept cash or card payments for monthly memberships.
If you join partway through a month, you’ll pay a pro-rated amount for the remainder of that month, along with the joining fee. From the following month onward, the full monthly amount will be collected on the 1st.
Annual memberships can be paid in full by card or cash at reception.
Is there a joining/cancellation fee?
There is a one-time joining fee of £9.99. There is no separate cancellation fee.
If you cancel your membership and later decide to rejoin, the joining fee will apply again.
What if I want to cancel?
We understand that circumstances change, so if you wish to cancel, we require 90 days’ written notice via email. This ensures both parties have a dated record of the request.
Please note that all final payments cover the full month, as our billing system does not allow partial or pro-rata payments.
Do you offer guest passes/trials?
We do not offer a free trial, but day passes (£10), 24-hour passes (£15), and week passes (£27) are available to purchase at reception.
All membership holders are allowed two guest passes per month to bring a friend to the gym. Gold members can also use their guest passes to attend classes
Please note: Each guest may only use a guest pass twice in total, regardless of which member brings them or when. For example, if a guest has already used a pass with one member, they can use one more pass with the same member or a different member before being required to purchase a pass or membership. This helps ensure fair use for everyone.
Do you offer joint memberships?
Of course! You can either select or switch to one of our joint memberships and save up to 10% each month. Choose it during sign up or feel free to let us know and we can switch it for you. See our memberships page for prices!
Can I switch memberships?
Yes! You can switch your membership by contacting our team. Once requested, your current plan will remain active until the end of the month, and your new plan will start on the 1st of the following month. This ensures a smooth transition and keeps payments simple.
Can I freeze my membership?
Freezing is only allowed under certain circumstances. Please get in touch with our team, and we’ll review your request.
