With over 19 years of experience in health and wellbeing, I help people build strength, confidence, and resilience through safe, supportive coaching. I am a Level 3 Exercise Referral Specialist, working with individuals managing chronic conditions, injuries, and long-term health concerns.
At NR12 Fitness, I offer one to one Personal Training, Beginners Strength Foundations for those new to training or returning after a break, Hybrid Coaching combining in-person support with personalised online programming, and Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching. My approach is inclusive, evidence-based, and focused on helping people feel capable and confident in their bodies again.
