Here at NR12, we boast a vast array of 25 classes that cater to all. Whether you like to get groovy with Step to Music, work up a sweat with some indoor studio cycling, or do some nice, relaxing yoga, you'll find it here. Check our timetable below to see the full extent of what we have to offer...

All classes are all led by fully qualified and Insured Instructors and are adaptable so whatever your fitness level, you should be able. to join any of the above and get a good workout that you enjoy.

 

We regualarly review our timetable to ensure that we are always meeting the needs of our members

 

Classes are open to both members (free for Gold) and non members (£9 pay-as-you-go)

We do offer a class pack, which is £90 for 12 classes, saving you £18.   

FULL CLASS BREAKDOWN

NR12 KETTLE EXPRESS

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness, endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. The beauty of the Kettlebell is it works many different muscle groups within a single workout. You can take this 30 minute Express workout at your own pace and (weight level) so it is perfect for any age and ability.

POWER HOUR

A HIIT style workout, which focuses on maximum power output with the correct form to guarantee gains and calorie burn. This hour long class promises good music and good vibes – all the ingredients for a great workout!

ULTIMATE BURN

A high-octane workout designed to torch calories, build strength, and push your endurance to the limit. Embark on a relentless fitness adventure, blending intense cardio, power-packed strength training, and dynamic core exercises.

NR12 BUILD

 A dedicated class for youth fitness, 11-17 year olds only. Develop strength through guided workouts, while instilling discipline and focus for personal growth. Boost confidence in a supportive and engaging environment.

SWEAT

High intensity, fast-paced workout that can help tone your body and shed fat. With a combination of cardio, resistance and strength exercises, this class is perfect for to increase your strength and fitness whatever your ability.  

NR12 RIDE 45

Invigorating music and visulisation come together to make NR12 RIDE 45 classes both fun and effective. Simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that's right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.

NR12 RIDE 30

EXPRESS

Intimidated by indoor cycling? Not sure you can handle it? Try our introduction to studio cycling, in just 30 minutes, you'll get a taste of what it's all about in a fun and relaxed environment. Perfect for beginners.

PILATES

A form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This popular class works on both mind and body,  strengthening muscles and developing flexibility while giving you time and space to relax. 

YOGAFIT

In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to alighn, strengthen and promote flexibility in the bod. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

TRANSITION

An intelligent strength training and lifestyle programme which has been designed for women that incorporates all the physiological changes that happen during
peri-menopause and menopause. Experience building muscle, losing fat, improving your energy levels and feeling more confident in the gym and more importantly - yourself!

STEP-TO-MUSIC

Fast-paced step-based class to 80s/90s music. Each week will be different, exploring new exercises and equipment such as weights, bands, and floor work. If you have knee problems or are avoiding high-impact workouts, don't worry, we will provide adaptations so you can still join in without the step. All you need to do is turn up, sing along, work hard and have fun! 

NR12 PUMP

High energy, fast paced, barbell orientated workout with upbeat music that's perfect if your goals are to get fit, lean and toned!

REPS & SETS

A heart-pounding, muscle-building, team challenge-focussed HIIT boot camp style class. A sweet mix of exercise and thumping tunes to finish of the week!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Looking to improve your all round fitness? We've got you covered with the new strength and conditioning class combining controlled lifts, HIIT and functional movements to give you a full-body workout and help you achieve those goals! 

FITNESS YOGA

Our fitness yoga class is the perfect well-being. Through a range of low impact stretches and exercises to elongate and shape muscles, whilst helping you improve your range of motion.  

FITNESS PILATES

Strong & relaxed. Pilates is a form of excercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. this popular class works on both mind and body, strengthening the muscles and developing flexibility, while relaxing the mind.
