NR12 Ride 30
A form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This popular class works on both mind and body, strengthening muscles and developing flexibility while giving you time and space to relax.

Fitness Pilates
Strong & relaxed. Pilates is a form of excercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. this popular class works on both mind and body, strengthening the muscles and developing flexibility, while relaxing the mind.

An intelligent strength training & lifestyle programme designed for women that incorporates all the physiological changes that happen during peri-menopause and menopause. NR12 Kettle Express
Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness, endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. Work different muscle groups within a single workout. Take this 30 minute Express class at your own pace - perfect for any age and ability.

Step-To-Music
Fast-paced step-based class to 80s/90s music. Each week will be different, exploring new exercises and equipment such as weights, bands, and floor work. If you have knee problems or are avoiding high-impact workouts, don't worry, we will provide adaptations so you can still join in without the step.

Forever Fit
A progressive class for the over 40’s. No matter what level of fitness you are at this class has an option for you. Experience a blend of exercises designed to enhance strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. This engaging session will not only promote physical well-being but also fosters a lively and social atmosphere, making every workout fun and enjoyable.

All classes are all led by fully qualified and Insured Instructors and are adaptable so whatever your fitness level, you should be able. to join any of the above and get a good workout that you enjoy.
We regualarly review our timetable to ensure that we are always meeting the needs of our members
Classes are open to both members (free for Gold) and non members (£10 pay-as-you-go)
We do offer a class pack, which is £96 for 12 classes, saving you £24.
