Due to ongoing roof works, the gym will be closed during the day on the above dates. The movement of heavy machinery during this time will significantly impact access and safety, making it unsuitable for public use.
Please note:
The gym will be open from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM these days, and evening classes will continue to run as scheduled.
The gym is expected to reopen as normal on Friday, 3rd October. Please monitor our website and social media for updates.
As the landlord of the business park is carrying out the works, they are outside our control.

The next bank holiday is December 25th
We run reduced hours from 9 AM to 2 PM with no classes on all bank holidays, but are closed on special holidays such as Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
This will always be posted on our social media.
