Baby Massage & Postnatal Yoga
Taster
We’re excited to offer this Baby Massage & Postnatal Yoga Taster Session with Jessie here at NR12Fitness!
This session combines gentle methods to foster connection, relaxation, and physical growth for both baby and caregiver. It’s designed to alleviate discomfort, enhance sleep, and rebuild strength while encouraging overall well-being.

Pregnancy Yoga Taster
We’re incredibly excited to be offering this Pregnancy Yoga Taster Session with Anna here at NR12Fitness!
This nurturing session is thoughtfully designed to support you through your second and third trimesters.
The latter portion of the class is dedicated to a blissfully relaxing hypnobirthing immersion, helping you feel grounded, confident, and connected.

Air Conditioning
We are beyond excited to announce that, after many requests over the years, we’ll be installing an air conditioning (and heating system) in our gym!
This is a major upgrade, and we couldn’t be happier to deliver it to you – just in time for the summer months ahead!

Second Legs, Bums & Tums Class
After our New Year survey feedback, we've added a second LBT class on Wednesdays at 11:30 AM, starting February 24th.

New Monday Evening Pilates
